After School $85/wk or $320/mo
As a member of our after school program, your school age child can enjoy a sense of belonging, in a supervised environment during those hours after school and during school vacations. We have designed a program that is fun and loosely structured. After school is the perfect time to be with friends, have a snack, sharpen athletic skills, read and do homework. Transportation available.
1:1 Tutoring $65
1 to 1 Tutoring offers comprehensive school services built with one goal in mind: student achievement.
Classes $26
The classes develop children's artistic capabilities and motor skills. Enroll now for children ages 5-12 in one of our individual classes. Classes Available are: Arts and crafts, Yoga, Fitness, Martial arts
Missed class
Rescheduling a missed class
Should you miss your regular class, the opportunity exists for you to reschedule up to one class per month. You do not need to contact us before missing a lesson. We understand that children sometimes get sick in the middle of the day or unexpected delays keep you from attending your lessons. In addition, you will still have the opportunity to reschedule any lesson that is cancelled by Step by Step Academy due to staffing issues.
Family Holiday and Prolonged Absences
Our lessons continue throughout the year (including school holidays) with the exception of Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. If you are going to be away for an extended time, you have the option of suspending your lessons and re-booking them upon your return. Your remaining balance will be held on your Step by Step Academy account until the end of the calendar year. However, we cannot guarantee that your same day/time/teacher will be available when you return.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your child's lesson for any reason, please contact the Manager immediately for an alternative. We value your prompt feedback
